The required scope of service is discussed during an initial consultation meeting as this defines any fee quote.

Fees are always a fixed sum and are calculated against predicted time costs based on the size and complexity of the project and the services required. Following confirmation of appointment the terms, conditions and fees are recorded in a full appointment document.
